Terms & Conditions

  1. Orders can be collected Wednesday to Saturday
  2. Orders are transferable within 60 days, subject to availability. If you need to change your date, you must notify 14 days prior to your original date. Should you wish to change your date and there is no availability, your order will be forfeited.
  3. Orders cannot be modified within 7 days of collection; no change of size, flavour or design.
  4. Orders can't be cancelled or refunded within 28 days of collection. See point 2 for date change info.
  5. Rough design ideas/preferences should be expressed minimum 7 days before collection
  6. Placement of online order confirms your understanding and acceptance of these T&Cs.
