1. Celebration cakes can be collected Thursday - Saturday

2. Design must confirmed and cannot be changed within 7 days of your collection date

3. Celebration cakes cannot be refunded or exchanged

4. Should you have an issue with your cake, it must be returned within 12 hours of collection and intact for inspection

5. Once you've collected your cake, you are liable for damages and food hygiene

6. Completion of your order is acceptance of these T&Cs
